Came in to Lucas Chevrolet in a bit of a rush to inquire about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to be able to squeeze the oil change and maintenance into my schedule. However, your service advisor Jenna Jurick went over and beyond to try to accommodate me (despite my being a walk-in & not having an appointment . Kind, courteous, & professional. Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills! Though I wasn’t able to have my vehicle serviced on this occasion, I will absolutely be back to have my vehicle serviced because of the service I received from this young lady! More
