Mediocre experience during difficult times Buying a new car without actually seeing it is not the best idea,and the truth is I also wasn’t even sure what options were on it . So iafter filling out forms online I was told to be there at Thursday at 3 o’clock to pick up the new vehicle And I was ,I got the impression nobody really knew I was going to be there the young man who waited on me was very nice and worked very hard to get me through this process .I don’t think that was his usual job but we did manage to get all the paper signed and got me to my new vehicle the only question I asked him was about the power rear door on the pilot and he did answer it ,I didn’t ask any other questions because I didn’t know what features my new pilot had that the old one didn’t .when I got home I tried going through the manual but eventually I turn to YouTube a and found 2020 Honda Pilot exl features and how they work. I think they could’ve handled it in a better way maybe delivering it to my home and picking up my old Honda I would’ve been more comfortable that way. More
