They helped explain the convoluted ins and outs of my vehicle maintenance in a way that was rational and easy to understand. Having to replace my ignition cylinders wasn't on my list of things to get done, but neither was having one go out on me. Now I can rest assured that my vehicle can carry me for another 100k miles.
