I explained that this was an Escape lease for my son who attending college in Ann Arbor. Brian fully understood our situation and worked with us to find the perfect vehicle for our needs. All the paperwork was in perfect order and went seamlessly. Brian thoroughly explained all the vehicle features to my son and helped sync his phone and download the app for the Ford Sync 3. Little did I know then what good fortune that meeting was. I've purchased maybe a dozen cars now, many of them Mustangs. He's got an eye for detail, can find whatever I want even if it's not on the lot at Holzer, and really saved me money. He looks and finds rebates, discounts that I didn't even know existed, even providing the savings a few weeks after the sale once ! Who does that ? Upon delivery, he gives the car you will buy a thorough inspection, and again has the eye to find things you might have missed. He makes sure the car you take home is JUST right. More

I leased a car from Bill Brown and because of over miles I was forced to either trade it in early or to buy it out. I have had some problems with my credit in the past due to a job loss so I knew it was not I was forced to either trade it in early or to buy it out. I have had some problems with my credit in the past due to a job loss so I knew it was not going to be easy. I first went to the chevy dealership and the best they could do trading in my lease on a car I didnt want was 13.99%. Thats when I wnet to Tom Holzer and I met Jeremiah. Jeremiah told me it would be no big deal and that his "finance guy" was awesome. He set me up with his "finance guy" Curtis. Curtis treated my like I was better than his family and needless to say way better than I was treated at the chevy dealer down the street. I was so happy and so lucky to have found these 2 guys! I bought out my lease with no pressure and a 7.99% rate and a extended warranty. Tom Holzer needs more people like Jeremiah and Curtis. A++ More
