Return of Car / Purchased Another On Dec 31st I purchased a brand new 2013, Ford Fusion. Unfortunately, 3 months later the car was put into the shop (for the 2nd time) and it was foun On Dec 31st I purchased a brand new 2013, Ford Fusion. Unfortunately, 3 months later the car was put into the shop (for the 2nd time) and it was found to have a blown head in cylinder 4 which resulted in several major issues. I was quite unhappy about this and did not feel comfortable owning this car for another 5-7 years. The question that continued to linger in the back of my mind was, "what will happen next?" I decided that I would insist that the dealership give me another new car and take this one back as it seemed like a lemon. Of course, in discussing it with friends and family, I was convinced that I would have a fight on my hands when I got to the dealership to discuss this with them. Much to my surprise, Jeremy, the Gen Sales Mgr made it very simple for me. He asked me what they could do to make this right, and when I told him the only option in my mind was to replace the car with another new car, he simply said, "okay." I was shocked to say the least! It was as easy as that. Jeremy asked me if I wanted the same car (and I did), asked me what specifications I wanted on the car, and within a few minutes, drove a brand new, 2014 Ford Fusion to the front of the dealership for me. It wasn't the same color that I'd originally chosen, but I liked the new one just as much. Within 2 hours of doing some paperwork, etc., I drove off with a brand new car, NO ISSUES/ARGUMENTS from the dealership. I want to personally thank Will, the Service Manager for being honest and oh so helpful, Benny, the salesman for being so supportive and helpful, Kim for making the paperwork easy, and Jeremy, the General Sales Manager for making this such an easy transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend Crescent Ford for your next vehicle purchase. They truly do take care of their customers,not only during the car sale, but after as well! More

Benny was great and I highly recommend anyone considering a car purchase to see Benny. Honest and very helpful. My best car buying experience in the Greensboro, High Point area. The buying experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. Benny worked to get me the deal I wanted. When time to purchase a another vehicle, Crescent Ford will be my first stop. Everyone there was helpful, courteous and polite without any pressure. I visited the dealership on the last Saturday of the month but there was no pressure to buy today. Benny was more interested in making sure I got the car that would fit my needs than making a sale. It was a true pleasure to buy from Benny. More

My time at Crescent Ford I had gone online and got an internet quote on a trade of my 2012 Ford Fiesta SE for a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 Coupe. Shortly after, I got a phone call f I had gone online and got an internet quote on a trade of my 2012 Ford Fiesta SE for a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 Coupe. Shortly after, I got a phone call from Hap asking if I was interested in bringing it up to the lot to look further into the trade and I told him that if I did, I would go through Benny (because that's who sold me my Fiesta). Later that evening, my friend and I went to the lot and were driving around looking at Mustangs. Mike approached us and asked if we were interested in buying or even test driving. I told him that if I did, I would go through Benny, and he told me that Benny was working, and to come inside to get help from him. My friend and I then went inside and found Benny who was more than happy to get a tag and keys and let us go for a test drive. After we got back to the lot, I decided that was the car I wanted. Nothing else, it was that. Benny let me look around the car and play with all the buttons to get to see what everything did before I went further with anything. During this time, Jeremy was getting my credit information and making sure that I was good to go for the Ford Credit. They asked me if I wanted to go through where my car was financed, or start with Ford. I chose Ford Credit. At this time, it was close to closing and I had told everyone that I would come back the next day and do the paperwork, so they could all go home. They insisted that I stayed, and that everything was okay. Dee was very understanding and informative on how long I should of done my loan, and they all gave me amazing advice. I will always go to that dealer because everyone is so welcoming and understanding. That's the only dealer I've bought from and that hasn't pressured me into anything. More

We had a wonderful experience with Cresent Ford in High Point! This is the second car we have purchased from Cresent Ford and we went back because of the excellent service we received the first time. Extremely friendly staff, helpful with our questions, Jeremey helped us find exactly what we wanted and was very calm and paitient. We never felt rushed or pressured into any decision. This is the second Ford Edge I have purchased from this dealership. I live about 2 hours away and there is a Ford dealership in my hometown, but I find that the people at Crescent Ford in High Point care dealership. I live about 2 hours away and there is a Ford dealership in my hometown, but I find that the people at Crescent Ford in High Point care about me as a customer. They always are willing to go above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I even drive back there to have my car serviced because of the excellent customer service they provide. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership and would recommend anyone to go Crescent Ford in High Point. I am a customer for life there!!!! More

Since the year 2000, I have purchased more than 10 vehicles from this dealership, both new and used. From the beginning, I was always met with a friendly attitude from both the sales and service depa vehicles from this dealership, both new and used. From the beginning, I was always met with a friendly attitude from both the sales and service department. The purchase process was expedient and painless. They keep in touch with e-mails, post cards and even phone calls from my salesman, Bob Nordstrom. I often stop by, just to have a chat with Bob over a cup of coffee and I am never made to feel that I'm in the way or not welcome. If I have a question about my any of my vehicles, I can call Bob, and he has often resolved my problem, even without me having to come up to the dealership. Most of the employees there, now know me on sight and always greet me with a pleasant greeting. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to stop in and look around. Don't forget to ask for Bob!!! More
