I bought my Ford Transit on June 9, 2025, and as of today I still haven’t received the registration. The person who handles paperwork apparently left the office without telling anyone, and since then no one I still haven’t received the registration. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. I am still driving with expired Temporary Plates, No License Plates still. More

My husband and I drove 1.5 hours to buy a car from here. We’ve researched for weeks and this one was looking like it was the one. So I messaged them and were back and fourth with them. It wasn’t as fast as I was hoping as we were in a time crunch. We submitted the pre-approval form and that’s when Sam our salesmen saw everything that was being talked about. So he called me and said I just seen your paperwork and asked what I was looking for. He worked with me and heard what I was telling him. He pushed our papers to a bank AT CLOSING time and got us where we wanted. So we said we’ll make the drive tonight if that’s ok with you. Sam, Austin, and Kim(finance lady) stayed after hours to wait on us so we could buy our car! They were the friendliest salespeople we’ve ever met! When I say they were HONEST people, I mean it. They were straight up honest with us throughout this process. They helped us get things out of our trade vehicle and into the new one!
