Solid buying experinece Was out looking at trucks yesterday and happened to stop by Fitzgerald Toyota/Nissan in Chambersburg. What struck me was that as I was getting out of Was out looking at trucks yesterday and happened to stop by Fitzgerald Toyota/Nissan in Chambersburg. What struck me was that as I was getting out of my own vehicle, Jeremy Brown approached us with a big smile on his face asking if he could help us. We're used to some of the high pressure sales pitches down around the DC area (having moved up to PA in January and it was a relief to be helped by someone who was pleasant and very helpful, no high pressure tactics. We actually found a Toyota truck with 4 cylinders and took it for a spin. We had told Jeremy we also wanted to look at the Nissan truck which he had ready for us as soon as we returned from the first test drive. We hadn't planned on buying a truck that day, but we were able to strike the right deal with Jeremy and his sales manager. Overall a very pleasant experience. More

Loving my Nissan Thank you Jeremy Brown for everything. I went in on a Friday and by Saturday I was driving a new Sentra. I don't have the best credit but Jeremy went Thank you Jeremy Brown for everything. I went in on a Friday and by Saturday I was driving a new Sentra. I don't have the best credit but Jeremy went above and beyond to get me in a car. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He has called just to check on me a couple times since the sale. Greatly appreciated. Awesome salesman. More

Our purchasing experience We returned to Fitzgerald, Chambersburg PA nearly 9 years later to purchase at new Avalon. Our basic criteria was desire to spend $$s similar to our 2 We returned to Fitzgerald, Chambersburg PA nearly 9 years later to purchase at new Avalon. Our basic criteria was desire to spend $$s similar to our 2008 Avalon purchase as we are late in our retirement years and on a very fixed income. When we "balked" at the cost after "looking at 2017 model Jeremy sked if we would consider a new 2016 model. We agreed and he introduced us to new 2016 model which was a model "upgrade" to our 2008 Avalon at a similar "price" to what we paid in 2008.. We also took time to speak with J. Cox who has been lead on servicing the 2008.on 2016 reliability and maintenance issues. The cost along with good reviews made our choice a no-brainer. WE (wife and I) are pleased with our decision and will continue to get service from in Chambersburg PA. More

Fantastic sales experience-everything else was horrible! Jeremy Brown was my salesperson and my purchase of my new Prius was wonderful and then the downside began. I was waiting for an insurance check for my total loss vehicle and Marty the finance mgr agreed to hold s check -I was told to call by noon on a certain day if I hadn't received the check. The day came and I called st 9:12 am only to find out the check was already deposited. (It went through my bank the same day so they didn't even wait the agreed time) I drove an hour to get there the next week to sign the insurance check over to them (called first to make sure it was ok) only to find out they don't do that so left them with a personal check and wasted 2 hours of driving time. I incurred $68 in bank charges and was promised reimbursement-it's been 10 days since their new check cleared and no reimbursement-called and still no check. Now I find out they never installed a front license bracket for MD plates and I have to make 2 visits to a local dealership to get this done. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Is this the "Fitzway" of doing business? If so it is not for me. More
