A Pleasant experience I did not buy my car new or from Beiner, was notified by AUDI USA that I had a recall. I contacted Beiner skeptically, thinking because of the above, I did not buy my car new or from Beiner, was notified by AUDI USA that I had a recall. I contacted Beiner skeptically, thinking because of the above, I would be treated as an afterthought. When I called, from the minute I explained my situation to the young lady on the phone, I was treated like a very important customer. Would recommend Beiner to anyone. More

I have tried buying a car twice from your sales department and they are either too busy or not interested in negotiating. I am willing to pay $500 - 1000 more from you to support your service department. Unfortunately, your prices were $3000 high once and 7000 high on the last quote. The 4th lease was a charm Having only leased an Audi since 2007, I have yet to find a reason to consider any other Make but most of all any other Dealership. I've trusted Mark Rubin since my first lease, a 2007 Q7. Ever since then, I've leased 3 Q5's as well as leasing A4's as a first car for each of my daughters.
