I had called and let them know I would be there about 3pm and I was told everything would be ready. I arrived around 230 and I wasn't able to get things finished until around 5. Ricart lost not 1 but 2 sales today We have been Ricart customers for years (purchased 4 vehicles and were getting ready to purchase vehicles 5&6 from Ricart). We've also sent in several family members and clients of mine because in the past we had always been very happy with Ricart. We had two leases expiring soon and had been researching a few different cars over the past few months and spoke with the Jeremy Harr (the Kia sales manager) on several occasions to figure out when the best purchase time would be to maximize our deal (end of lease, manufacturer incentives and so on). We even discussed where we would be payment wise (give or take a few depending on current incentives) once we finalized the two leases. My husband stopped in yesterday to make the purchase of the first car with the second car to follow a few days from now. Jeremy Harr told him a payment that was several hundred above what was originally discussed. When my husband asked for a breakdown as this made zero sense Jeremy Harr acted very condescending and patronizing. He tried to present the manufacturer incentives as a dealer discount. When it was brought up that we would be purchasing not 1 but 2 vehicles he very much acted like he could care less. He was rude and unprofessional during ever interaction we had with him however unfortunately the associates we've worked with in the past (Aaron Andrews and Jeremy Young) have moved up in the company. My husband promptly left Ricart and called a different Kia dealer in the area. They took the time to make sure that every figure was clearly explained (money factor, depreciation, incentives...) At Ricart we felt like they were trying to hide something or pull one over on us. Needless to say we are now owners of TWO brand new Kia's and Ricart lost some very loyal customers. My job is also in sales and if I approached a sales transaction the way Jeremy Harr does I'd need a new job. More
