Jeremy did a great job working with me helping me find out what was really needing to be addressed with my car first and what we could put on the back burner for later he was very thorough and very profes out what was really needing to be addressed with my car first and what we could put on the back burner for later he was very thorough and very professional helping me figure out what was wrong with my car I went to Orlando and was having a problem with it, and usually my car doesn’t give me any problems and he helped me address. What was the problem within just a few hours so he gets a A+ in my book. Look forward to coming in and getting some service done as soon as I can afford to have the work done now I know what I need to do first thank you as always a great experience More

I will never come to your service dept again. I paid for a full detail inside and out. My kids would of dine better and free not $200. Also they lost my key fab because they took it out of the ho I paid for a full detail inside and out. My kids would of dine better and free not $200. Also they lost my key fab because they took it out of the holder I keep it in. Once done and told to come pick up my car. That is when i saw the horrible job and lost key. I live in Ft Myers and am so happy we have kia here. I was on vacation when I needed my vehicle serviced. I will make sure I am home for all future service needs. More
