He and the rest of the folks at Colonial make it a wonderful experience. The sales process is fair and straightforward and the service personnel are very responsive. In an era where many companies do not excel at customer satisfaction, Patrick and his cohorts at Colonial Mazda go out of their way to make sure the the auto purchase/service transactions are friendly and productive. AND, the product they sell is fantastic. I have owned various Mazda models since the mid-90's and have never been disappointed. More

Great Dealership I've been a customer of Colonial Mazda since 2003 when I bought my first Mazda 3. I've always had great customer service. I've had 2 other vehicles si I've been a customer of Colonial Mazda since 2003 when I bought my first Mazda 3. I've always had great customer service. I've had 2 other vehicles since my 2003 Mazda and I continued to have the service department maintain them. Many thanks to Jeremy Reichin and his staff for keeping my vehicles running great. I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 grand touring. I would like to thank Adam Dean for putting together a great deal for me. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Colonial Mazda. More

2015 Mazda3 Grand Touring I was very nervous about getting a new car. I usually don't trust anyone that has anything to do with the car industry but I took a chance because I h I was very nervous about getting a new car. I usually don't trust anyone that has anything to do with the car industry but I took a chance because I had heard through a friend that the guys at Mazda were great. It was a long process because I wanted the perfect car for a great price but the salesmen were extremely patient and over a period of a few days I finally got EXACTLY what I wanted without feeling screwed over. I worked closely with Cody Stone but because I was such a demanding customer, I worked with a few other salesman and a manager. All were willing to help me and very supportive. I've heard only good things about Colonial Mazda and came to find that they were all true. Kudos to the Danbury team. I am in love with my new car!! More

I was blown away by the level of professionalism and understanding that salesman Patrick Larson showed when purchasing my vehicle.. Not only did he take the time to listen to my needs and wants as a con understanding that salesman Patrick Larson showed when purchasing my vehicle.. Not only did he take the time to listen to my needs and wants as a consumer but he also Treated me as if I was an old friend as opposed to a new customer! I have always hated dealing with car salesmen But this experience completely changed my mind and now I know that there are a few good ones out there!... I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new car goes and talks to Pat at colonial Mazda you won't be disappointed... I know I wasn't!! More
