Couple years ago my button which starts the car died. I was charged $200 for diagnostics to see if warranty covers part. It was covered, service mgr refused to credit it. After waisting lot of time maki I was charged $200 for diagnostics to see if warranty covers part. It was covered, service mgr refused to credit it. After waisting lot of time making call Honda agreede to refund, check must be in the mail, havn`t received. Also be careful buying extended, I`m paying $600+ per year. I`m in year 4, not even oil change or tire rotation is covered. Been waiting for reply on what`s covered, but even a simple question like that is taking all day to answer. They told me not to worry their "team" is working on reply. More

This service department is the worst! ALFONSO RODRIGUEZ is a thief! My mother took her vehicle, a 2023, for a recall and oil change. ALFONSO took advantage of the language barrier and cha ALFONSO RODRIGUEZ is a thief! My mother took her vehicle, a 2023, for a recall and oil change. ALFONSO took advantage of the language barrier and charged her when she wasn't suppose to be charge a penny for any of this. He added charges to her bill without her consent. I called the location to speak to JEREMY SANCHEZ and it's been two days and still haven't heard back from him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY IN THEIR OWN POCKETS AND NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CUSTOMER! I spoke to ALFONSO and he lied and said she had agreed which she didn't. He was the one who tried to charge her the entire process when he knows he wasn’t suppose to. This isn’t the first time they try to charge her when she should not pay anything for 2 years! Worst location to visit please stay away. I will be filing a formal complaint! Update: 2/13/24 I waited over 24 hours for a call from the Sales manager JEREMY and now also the General Manager LUIS and I have not heard back. It seems as though sales stats are more important than the customer service they offer. They really do not care whatsoever about the customers nor the service they provide. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! More
