I have been to th dealership three times for the same issue and been given three different steps to be taken. There is a lack of communication and poor customer service. If I don’t get resolution for all my issues at the next visit, I will be filing under lemon law. I will NEVER shop at Jeep again. More

Service was completed in a timely fashion! The service attendant was great! He showed me were the coffee was and said ready in an hour. It was ready in 45 minutes! I love having a Jeep brand but, you guys put bandaids on all of the problems and I am amazed at the problems with new vehicles you sell. Once you repair my front right fender issue, maybe we can start work all of the problems and I am amazed at the problems with new vehicles you sell.
