Do your research and you will agree, Hertitage Automotive Group is the place you need to purchase your next vehicle. I found Heritage Toyota in 2015, and since that time I made additional purchase from Hert Group is the place you need to purchase your next vehicle. I found Heritage Toyota in 2015, and since that time I made additional purchase from Hertiage VW, Mazda, and now Chevrolet/Buick in Owings Mills. What a great team at each of these locations. For my most recent purchase, it was between the CX-30 and the Buick Encore GX after extensive research of multiple small SUV’s. The Mazda in my opinion is showing its age. While a good car, I found the Buick Encore GX to have more features and better looks of a more modern vehicle. I usually do not buy turbos, but after my research I found that the 1.3ltr was recognized by Wards Auto in 2021 as one of the top 10 best engines and propulsion systems, that pushed me to now do my own test drive. I’m glad I did! The 9 speed automatic shifted with ease, and did not hunt for the right gear. The engine performance was smooth and had efficient horsepower for this SUV. This is a great small modern looking sporty SUV! Now let me tell you about the team at Heritage Buick. I reached out to John Holliday (GM) and within 10 minutes set me up with an appointment the same day so I could do a test drive with Jerome Nelson. Jerome was great at explaining all the features and helped me with all the functions of the Encore GX. He was as personable and professional and a pleasure to work with. To make the experience even more memorable, Jordan Biniak (SM) introduced himself and wanted to know what they needed to do to make a deal. This team really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with deal and were friendly and professional throughout the entire transaction.
