No One acknowledges you, even the young lady in the service area, said absolutely nothing to me, just left me standing there until Jarrett came up. Even on the showroom floor, no one wants to be bothered unless you are purchasing. A simple hello, or good morning goes a long way. If I purchase again, it will not be with Volvo. More

The rear wheel cover was not put back on. Drove around with Abbott for a week before I realized it and had to come back in for service. Everyone is always very kind and polite. I was quoted over $1000 to replace a charcoal canister, but it was not guaranteed that this was the issue so I opted not. additionally, there are always greasy handprints left on the white interior fabric next to the driver door, which are difficult to remove the place, and everybody are always very gracious and friendly.
