Had $6000 worth of work done in the engine including timing belt gasket work new coil and change of all spark plugs ,3 days later on my way to salt lake all of a sudden the engine light comes on along w timing belt gasket work new coil and change of all spark plugs ,3 days later on my way to salt lake all of a sudden the engine light comes on along with the oil pressure loss warning . So I’m in beaver at this point , had to towed to a garage their only to find out that engine has failed and the car is now worthless. Now Volvo had to have seen the state of the engine before doing $6000 worth of work on my car but they did the work anyway and charged me k owing the car was on barrowed time . At this point I’m consulting with a lawyer and seriously considering a law suite of Findlay volvo More

1st, I would like to say that the service that I receive on my vehicle is great, and the videos are very useful in helping me decide on the suggested service. Jarrett and Bailey, always make sure I am taken care of. This is my 2nd Volvo, and this is because of the safety and the customer experience. But, lately when I have been there the customer service is Lacking. No One acknowledges you, even the young lady in the service area, said absolutely nothing to me, just left me standing there until Jarrett came up. Even on the showroom floor, no one wants to be bothered unless you are purchasing. A simple hello, or good morning goes a long way. If I purchase again, it will not be with Volvo. More

I was a little surprised that they didn't make another key for us on request when purchasing a vehicle, and there was damage that was not disclosed as well. And a charger should be required to come with a key for us on request when purchasing a vehicle, and there was damage that was not disclosed as well.
