When intention meets reality- MUST READ This was the second vehicle I purchased from Jerry Ulm. First under the new leadership of Morgan Auto. One thing remains and that’s the caliber of the sales and service force they hire. Particularly Adam. After the sale of the vehicle I noticed a nail in the tire when I got home. If that wasn’t enough, the next morning when the sun was out I noticed a key scratch the length of 3 panels. My vehicle purchased was not even a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler, but a pre-owned Mercedes. Outside of warranty. Purchasing As Is... Adam was my go between to the decision makers. In less than no time both the Mercedes tire was ordered and replaced and all three panels were buffed and painted to the point it’s unnoticeable. I was provided a courtesy vehicle and walked away with an overall great experience. I intended to purchase a new vehicle. Thankfully Adam was there to help me avoid buyers remorse and take me back to reality. It wasn’t just Adam, his father Jerry, Wade and a few others made it all happen. Thanks again!
