My Review of Byers Toyota:
Jerry Diday and other members of the team were professional, friendly and genuinely concerned with my satisfaction regarding the purchase of my new Camry XLE. I was introduced to everyone and greeted with smiles and heart felt warmth. Gone are the days of pressure selling and tedious negotiating. The name of the game is service and byerstoyota....... you have it.

P.S. Suggest to Toyota that they produce a CD to explain all the bells and whistles on the XLE, as well as safety features, maintenance, and how to set up the navigation, blue tooth, etc. It is so much easier to see a demonstration than to read 7 booklets. Thanks

Jerry Diday and Steve Hill were absolutely outstanding in securing our business and the service rep was as well when I added the running boards three weeks later. My only disappointment was when we learned of your relationship with our credit union a few days after the sale in a flyer from them and the interest rate was lower. (2.99% compared to 3.49%)Oh well I should have taken a little more time up front.But, hats off to your people for being so good at what they do!
