My experience with this dealership is more often than not very pleasant. It's why I choose to drive longer to come here when I opt for service at the dealership, even though I have a Kia dealership closer to very pleasant. I never get pressured into buying services my car may or may not need, and I've never felt taken advantage of just because I don't know as much about what goes on under the hood. The guys in the Service Department run that area like a well oiled machine. I have been a customer for 10 years. I'm so happy with the service I received there. But so very disappointed the new owner stopp well oiled machine. I have been a customer for 10 years. I'm so happy with the service I received there. But so very disappointed the new owner stopped the rewards program with no warning. I lost over $100 because of his bad decision. Not sure he cares about loyalty of customers.
