Antonio did a great job of showing us the CRV, test driving, and explaining the benefits of buying from Brandon Honda. He was helpful and courteous. Chris and Jerry worked to get me the best price for driving, and explaining the benefits of buying from Brandon Honda. He was helpful and courteous. Chris and Jerry worked to get me the best price for my CRV, and my trade-in. Chris located the exact vehicle desired, and arranged to get it to the dealership located in Ocala, the same day! This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. I appreciate the free life time warranty, paint protection, and addition items provided at no cost. I would not hesitate to refer friends/family to this Brandon Honda. More

I leased a Honda Civic three years ago and came back in I leased a Honda Civic three years ago and came back in to lease another one.I knew my fico score was not as it was three years ago and was thinking I leased a Honda Civic three years ago and came back in to lease another one.I knew my fico score was not as it was three years ago and was thinking of extending my lease for six months and improve my score in that time period.I first met with Jerry and he was very nice and not pushy.I do not like any pushy salespeople.I test drove a 2012 Civic and I loved it.I was told I couldnt lease and I was very upset.This was not Jerrys doing.Finance dept.said no.I knew I had an excellent payment history with Honda Finance.I called Honda the next day to extend my lease and I would work on improving my score and try again in six months.The next day,Chris Aviso called and was very upbeat and said he would get me into a new lease on Wed.I didnt believe him at first but he called me back and said John Marazzi called Honda Finance himself and explained that I am a repeat customer and good customer.I came in Wed.evening and still couldnt believe that I was rolling into a new 2012 Honda Civic.Hassan who was very professional and nice,did all of the paperwork in a timely manner and made me feel very comfortable during tge whole process.Chris checked on me to see how I was and made me feel so welcomed.Its very rare these days to find people who are real.I also had tghe pleasure of meeting Jennifer who did all of my paperwork.We chatted for a few minutes and its obvious that the staff here works as a team and have good spirit.Thankyou to everyone who made this happen for me.I will be back in three years for another lease.I have my eyes on the Accord. More

Our experience in purchasing our new CRV at Brandon Honda was excellent. Sales Consultant Jerry Meany fully explained the full range ofvehicle options offered by Honda and helped us to zero in on the specifi was excellent. After we selected our vehicle he was very helpful in familiarizing me with its operating details and took great care to answer all of my questions concisely but completely. Sales Manager Cris Aviso clearly answered all of our questions regarding pricing and the trade in value of my old car. Business Manager Jennifer Saltz also clearly explained all of the facts re the financing options available to us and helped us to make our final decision on financing. We never felt pressured or rushed in dealing with any of the three and were treated in a friendly, courteous yet professional and business-like manner by all. When we made a final decision re options color etc. the dealership had the exact vehicle that we were looking for on hand and ready to drive home. The whole process was pleasant, time-effective and productive in every way. More

I only marked the price as "good" because I always feel like a new car could have been less expensive. I had a much better experience at Brandon Honda than at Courtesy Toyota. Courtesy Toyota's always feel like a new car could have been less expensive. I had a much better experience at Brandon Honda than at Courtesy Toyota. Courtesy Toyota's service department is fantastic, but their sales staff left me extremely annoyed and disappointed. Jerry at Brandon Honda acknowledged my entire family and made us feel comfortable about talking numbers. He didn't push and he didn't talk down to me. I really dislike the car-buying process, but Jerry helped to make it less painful. Everyone at Brandon Honda that I came into contact with was willing to listen and no one a bad attitude. The employees seemed to be genuinely interested in their jobs and happy to be working there. More
