Professional staff. They were honest about the cause to the front brake grinding - missing caliper bolts (pads & rotors done 1/10/25 at the dealership). However, besid They were honest about the cause to the front brake grinding - missing caliper bolts (pads & rotors done 1/10/25 at the dealership). However, besides being told a discussion would be had with the tech who performed the work, I didn’t feel any compassion from the dealership about this very serious issue. This was a very serious mistake and fortunately, nothing bad happened. And, I was a little offended when I was forwarded an inspection report of work recommended. Why would I want to get more work done when our previous service was not completed correctly? More
