We bought a new car and they were very helpful. Josh helped us and he was kind and patient. Very happy with that! The service department though has gone down - twice the person who helped us never co helped us and he was kind and patient. Very happy with that! The service department though has gone down - twice the person who helped us never contacted us while our car was with them. We waited for more than 2 hours each of the 2 times to check and the car was done but both times they never kept us informed on what was happening and when the car was ready. Very disappointed in the strong fall in the service department. One of the two times, the agent who has been mine for quite some time had gone for the lunch/day and my car was ready and I waited for almost 3 hours. Both times no updates for the 2-3 hours or tell us when it was ready. More

I have been nothing but impressed with the service at this dealership. I bought my second Outback today and Greg Thomas was hands down the best car salesman we have ever worked with. I work in sales and this dealership. I bought my second Outback today and Greg Thomas was hands down the best car salesman we have ever worked with. I work in sales and Greg instantly made us comfortable and we trusted his guidance. It's great when you feel like a salesperson truly has your best interest at heart. He was extremely knowledgeable and frank. I wish every salesman was like him. Truly can't say enough about how positive our experience was and how impressed with we were. My husband is buying a GMC next year and we will certainly use him. He has gained a loyal customer today. We also worked with Kyle who was awesome and have routinely worked with Jesse who is great as well! :) More

John was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the car buying experience quite pleasant. We didn’t have an appointment when we arrived but John was very accommodating with his time. Jeremy (#Mrgoldstandard)! Was awesome in helping my husband and I purchase our first new car! We went with the 2021 Suburu forester, he took his time, answered all our questions and made for an overall husband and I purchase our first new car! We went with the 2021 Suburu forester, he took his time, answered all our questions and made for an overall great experience! He even went above and beyond and moved over our pikepass and got our new car set up while we were getting our paperwork done, and not to mention stayed after hours because we didn’t make it in until after work! Kaveh has to be by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. He took extra care to make sure all our questions were answered. He went over the details of the purchase agreement and was able t ever dealt with. He took extra care to make sure all our questions were answered.
