As always, this dealership went above and beyond. Not only did they service my car promptly, but they did everything they could to insure my safety, and theirs, from Covina-19. Just had an oil change performed on my car today. Dropped my audi off at NP VW and showed my service rep the coupon I found on their website. She told me all looked good and I would be charged about 100 (79 my audi off at NP VW and showed my service rep the coupon I found on their website. She told me all looked good and I would be charged about 100 (79 oil change and 19 for a tire plug), I agreed and signed the document. The real trouble is when I went to pick my car up and was told that they cannot honor the coupon now and need to charged me $130+. They did not tell me up front and did not call me after they discovered this... also she claims that the issue was that vehicles needed to be a VW? Except the coupon does not say that but my car is technically the same as other VW 2.0T motors as Audi’s are pretty much Volkswagens. Once I pointed that detail out the service rep then said oh what I meant was that your car takes 6+ quarts! Never have I heard that before as I have owned many VWs and Audi’s... then shouldn’t this have been the case for my 2016 2.0T GTI that has also been serviced at NP VW before and never had this problem?!... Overall experience is a 2/10 and I will never come back to north penn VW even though I have been going there for years to have a number of my cars serviced there! Avoid at all costs and go to many of the other dealerships to have your car serviced for better customer experience! More

The service given was good. Jesse explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. However, I think the price of service was a lot to replace a clock spring especially with the 3 hrs I spent there that was going on with my vehicle. Nonetheless, the task was completed and I am satisfied that I now have a working horn. More

Oh where to start.... If you want to pay less for service & parts, this is a great dealership to go to. However, the number of other issues far out weigh the one pro of this dealership. I drove from NYC to t & parts, this is a great dealership to go to. However, the number of other issues far out weigh the one pro of this dealership. I drove from NYC to this dealership after being told I was going to get a loaner for some service work I needed. I arrive & am told that I will have to pay for the rental car because the work is just diagnostics right now. After throwing a tiny hissy fit, I was given it as a loaner. Whilst it was there, one of the issues turned out to be from a claim from 2019. I was approved for 5 days of a rental from my insurance company yet not one moron in the service department seemed to comprehend that small, but easily comprehendible piece of information. The service manager literally argued with me on the phone & refused to call the insurance company to verify the accurate information. They told me I would have to pay for the rental because they couldn't do their xxxx job. After calling the insurance company myself, and having a three way conversation with the service manager & Geico (where she again reiterated that I was approved for 5 days, I was told I could have the rental until Monday (which was only 3 days of the 5 day rental). After all the fighting, Jesse in service tells me that when they were 'fixing' my wheels, they punctured my tire & proceeded to act like he was doing me huge favor by replacing it. Are you frigging kidding me?! xxxx right you're going to replace something you f**ked up. Then, on Monday afternoon, I pick my car up & they tell me I HAVE to walk back over to VW, where the loaner was left, to look it over. I told them I can't because I have 7 herniated discs in my back & have a hard time walking long distances, so I left. After I leave, I'm driving the car with the same issues regarding the wheels they were supposed to have fixed. Then, on top of every other issue with this dealership, I'm called & told they attempted to charge my card for a day of rentals, without any notice or authorization because at 9am it switched over to another day. Even though they were told multiple times it was approved for 5 days. I was supposed to have my car fixed at the body shop & have cancelled that from the horrible experience I had with members of the service team. I thought when they replace the previous service manager (Jorge) with Ken, it would be better. Unfortunately, they replaced that useless manager with one just as useless, and combative. I will NEVER, EVER return to this dealership for anything... service, sales or body shop work. In fact, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. More

The service advisors and techs here are consummate professionals. They are careful with my car, which I really appreciate, and they do good work in a reasonable amount of time. Thorough and fast I have only veen here twice, but both times I was greeted quickly and immediately taken care of. My favorite part is receiving updates about my car I have only veen here twice, but both times I was greeted quickly and immediately taken care of. My favorite part is receiving updates about my car via text. The technician also takes a video of the car so you can see what they are doing. I like the transparency that creates. My only complaint (and it's a tiny one) is it was cold in waiting area, but it was a chilly day and I was there for HOURS (by choice). More
