3rd car purchased and 100% it will be the last with Jake Sweeney. I traded in a Stinger for an EV6 and was worst mistake I’ve ever made. The car was not charged enough for me to even make it home to Columbus. When I left said 177 mile range, I didn’t make it Columbus before it needed charged and that’s not even 100 miles. I attempted to return the car at that point when I called the dealership and my sales person Ricky Hicks. I emailed the owner Cody to see what we could do and he basically said nothing other than he would see what “he could do” and then went radio silent. This lack of respect and courtesy will give you an idea of the type of establishment you’re dealing with. They sure are very friendly and helpful before you sign the papers. This dealership has no respect for customers. I was treated like a criminal for using my own financing after being lied to about them being able to match my banks rates. After my wife rated them on this site they called me within an hour of taking delivery and said they would not sell me the car because of the rating. Dealer was great walked in with an 815 credit score ready to put money down. Got all the way through financing they ran my credit saying they could get us a 2.99 credit score. They used the wrong rate sheet to put money down. Got all the way through financing they ran my credit saying they could get us a 2.99 credit score. They used the wrong rate sheet for the bank that changed on April 13th. Gave me false information after they already ran my credit when I told them I could get a better rate somewhere else. The finance guy talked to us like we didn’t know what we’re talking about. I did loans for 4+ years and they we were stupid. We were ready to walk out the door and buy that car. I will not buy a vehicle from someone who has terrible customer service. Like my business did not matter. I would have even worked with them but if you are going to talk to me like my concerns don’t matter and that I didn’t know anything about my own credit score. Do not go here if you have any self respect. More
