Jacob was very good throughout the process which covered about a week. First dealing with my son by phone and online concerning hammering out most of the pricing for the particular car that we wanted. The about a week. Finally, spending about two hours in person yesterday with my wife and me working through the final aspects of the sale, giving us a "tour" of how the car works, and helping us sync/pair our phones and keys to the electronics in the car. We would recommend him and the dealership to others. Not clear if there will be place on this form, but we also would like to give a shout-out to Damir. Really knows his stuff, and he made the "electronic paperwork" easy. More
