1st time service @ Audi Clearwater I spoke with Jessica Geneva prior to confirming an appointment as I wanted to have 2 outstanding recall services completed at the same time as the mai I spoke with Jessica Geneva prior to confirming an appointment as I wanted to have 2 outstanding recall services completed at the same time as the maintenance service I needed done. We arranged a time and she estimated the time for the services to be completed, Jessica arranged to have a shuttle drop and pick me up at the near by mall while the service was being preformed. When I arrived Jessica informed me that though they had both parts required for my recall services when I made the appointment one of the items was now no longer available. She looked into when it would become available, which was the following day. She arranged for a rental car at no cost to me since I would now need to leave my car for service to be done the following day as well once the required recall part came in. Jessica kept me up to date via calls, emails and text on the progress and completion of my service. She took care to rectify the issue with the no longer available recall part by providing me with a rental and getting the service completed as soon as possible. I will return for future service needs and do recommend Audi of Clearwater for service. More

Not the greatest experience I took my car in to have an issue looked at. I was informed the issue was not covered warranty and the service. I was offered to pay for the part out I took my car in to have an issue looked at. I was informed the issue was not covered warranty and the service. I was offered to pay for the part out of pocket and I declined. When I went to pick up my car there were two scratches on my car, one of them being on my windshield right on the line of view when I’m driving. The manager at Audi stated he can’t fix it until 1/29 at the earliest. Not very pleased with this experience. More

Service Adviser - Jessica Geneva This most recent visit to Crown Audi in Clearwater was a breath of fresh air! Firstly I spoke with Jessica prior to the visit to attempt to arrange a This most recent visit to Crown Audi in Clearwater was a breath of fresh air! Firstly I spoke with Jessica prior to the visit to attempt to arrange a loaner vehicle for the hours of my service, which eventually was successful. Then when the service visit started Jessica was very open in explaining the recall service required and the regular services that could be completed during the same visit. A estimated completion time was agreed, the loaner was provided, and everything was then completed on schedule. I was extremely pleased by the service and the cooperation exhibited by Jessica throughout the entire experience. I will certainly return for services and tell other owners about my experiences there. More
