Bought 2020 4runner sr5 here - miserable experience: sales & finance departments provide misleading info (i.e. they lie). Ed Morse had third-party (S.A.T. in Ft. Power liftgate failed first day of ownership. Took ed morse another 30 hours to correct, but power liftgate failed after another 5 weeks. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SYSTEM - almost hurt child while liftgate did it's erratic open/close act .. key was out of ignition. Have videos to show. Dealer refuses to take responsibility for this matter.
