They seem to loss our 2021 Jeep renegade at service. They have had two weeks and I’m done with this dealership. They never called about anything wrong. Disappointed the dealership went back on its word. I bought my jeep here years ago and part of the deal/contract was they would do oil changes for free on it forever. Now, they decided to start chargi I bought my jeep here years ago and part of the deal/contract was they would do oil changes for free on it forever. Now, they decided to start charging without even notifying until I was already there for a scheduled appointment. However, I noticed while sitting in the waiting room, some customers were still getting their oil changed free. So I am still unclear about the new policy. I won’t go out of my way to come here for car service anymore. More

I had to raise my voice to be acknowledged in front of 4 employees which was unfortunate because I had been standing front of them for a few minutes. Made eye contact with the man on the phone. He said noth employees which was unfortunate because I had been standing front of them for a few minutes. Made eye contact with the man on the phone. He said nothing. The women in the managers office said nothing and made contact. Neither did the guy that came in office. Or sitting at desk. All whom sent me standing there and did not greet me or ask if they can help me. I had to raise my voice stating “hello” before anyone assisted me. Once I got their attention they were helpful. Although I believe having my boyfriend reinforce things helped out a lot. More
