Fifteen words is not enough to express how happy I am with my new Corolla and all the staff. Andrew & Mike are like family to me, We all felt as though we knew each other from way back as kids. I had so much fun on Friday 12-12-25. I then went back on Sat to have the car detailed & talk with Alex who was the best of the best finance manager on this planet! He had a surprise for me & it was the greatest surprise ever because he saved me more money! Jim Ellis, my sales advisor was Fantastic! He is so funny a very kind. We had a blast jamming with the music while he showed me how everything works inside the car. I absolutely loved it there, with the sales team, other customers who were there also purchasing & let’s not forget the service team. They are also awesome. Cody M talked with me and gave me extensive information for the questions I asked. Also talked with the parts department advisor and she was great and so nice. Then my husband & I decided to buy him a Tacoma! It was another fantastic deal! I give my thanks to everyone for giving us the best Christmas present ever!! The car we got was exactly what we had been looking for , the sell process was very high pressure and we agreed on a price ,but when we went to go to the finance office the salesman added the Celijet to the the sell process was very high pressure and we agreed on a price ,but when we went to go to the finance office the salesman added the Celijet to the price of the car and wanted us to sign a new price agreement I felt was to far in sells process to back out of the deal so we did sign ,thought that was very unprofessional, the finance people were great to deal with and finding us a good interest rate , again I enjoy the car we bought just not the sells process we went through More
