Jim Gile can’t be beat with regards to the sales end of the process. He is engaging, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He’s not a pressure salesman; he wants you to have what you want and doesn’t try to steer you in a direction that takes you out of your comfort zone. The Finance Manager, Patrick Holland, was excellent as well. He too is very knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I left there very happy with a shiny new Tacom TRD 4x4 Sport! Oh...and did I mention we arrived just before they were scheduled to close and they worked with us well after closing time to take care of us. Excellent Service...they’ve been our car dealer and service provider of choice for seven+ years; this is our 3rd new vehicle purchase from them...consistent great customer care. More
