I bought several brand new Honda cars for myself and others at Honda of Lincoln in the past few years. As a matter of fact, I am planning to get another one in the future. Awesome car buying experience! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with no high pressure sales tactics. They were upfront and honest during the entire process. I had a small issue with knowledgeable, and professional with no high pressure sales tactics. They were upfront and honest during the entire process. I had a small issue with a bad tire after purchasing the vehicle and the service department took care of the issue at no charge to me. My experience from sales to finance to service was all about providing individualized top-notch customer service. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Honda of Lincoln and the way they treat their customers will keep me coming back for future purchases and recommending them to others for their car buying needs. More

I have been taking my car to Williamson's for 18 years for service and have always been well satisfied. I have purchased my last three cars from them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been a customer of Honda of Lincoln since 2005. I have had all services on my vehicles performed by Honda of Lincoln. They have always provided exceptional service, including this last visit. Honda of Lincoln works on all of my vehicles, a 2011 Honda Pilot and two Jeeps. Larry Holtmeier is an excellent mechanic, and he corrects the problem first time, every time. Jim always does a good job Honda Pilot and two Jeeps. Larry Holtmeier is an excellent mechanic, and he corrects the problem first time, every time. Jim always does a good job of communicating with me on different repair options. I recommend Williamson/Honda of Lincoln to everyone. More

Best Service as usual. It was fast and minor repair issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. We took our daughter's Jeep to Williamsons ( we also own a Honda Odysee) because we kno issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. Service is always completed in a timely manner. I enjoy working with pleasant and knowledgeable people. While in the dealership, I was also able to see Scott Reineke, who sold us both of our Honda vehic working with pleasant and knowledgeable people. I was charged almost $100 to be told there definitely was something wrong but they didn't know what it was and I'd have to pay more to continue to try to figure it out. It may or may not have been covered u something wrong but they didn't know what it was and I'd have to pay more to continue to try to figure it out. It may or may not have been covered under warranty, so they charged me and said if they later figure out it was, they'll reimburse me. How am I supposed to be satisfied with this experience? I feel like I threw $100 away and there's still something wrong with the car so I have to take it in somewhere else. More

The service department at Williamson's always meets, and most often exceeds our expectations. When you need a ride, they have one. When they tell you a time, they are early. When there is a price differe most often exceeds our expectations. When you need a ride, they have one. When they tell you a time, they are early.
