They were also able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday afternoon and drop me off (and pick me back up) from work so I could leave the truck for them to work on. Robin is great to work with and is always friendly. Luther is my go-to place for parts and service and they will always treat you well. More

Poor customer service/judgement from Service manager I spent a good part of a Saturday shopping for tires on 2 cars. I spoke to parts person Jim who was very helpful. I found some tires I liked as well a I spent a good part of a Saturday shopping for tires on 2 cars. I spoke to parts person Jim who was very helpful. I found some tires I liked as well as price at a competitor.. He said they would price match and I’d still qualify for Bridgestone and Luther rebate. I did verify price out the door several times as well as rebates, I was told yes everything is good to go. Tires got installed and the price wasn’t as expected for both vehicles, I had to argue to with service manager and when it was all said and done he refused to give me $200 in Luther rebates. It was ridiculous how long it took to as he kept coming back with offers other then what I was told. Needless to say I’m done doing business with Luther, for $200 the service manger will lose a customer who trades vehicles about every 2 to 3 years and almost always I buy an SUV. Jim and Robin were good to work with I believe Tim never came out of his office to talk to me! More

Awesome experience! Got a quote for tires from another dealership but the guy wasn’t very interested in my business.
