Walking into the dealer we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to help us. We were approached and told that we would have to wait just a short while because everybody was busy. Jim ended up helping us for someone to help us. We were approached and told that we would have to wait just a short while because everybody was busy. Jim ended up helping us and he made the whole process very easy. We told him what we were looking for, he went and got the car and we took it for a test drive. He explained as much as possible to us while doing so. When we told him that we want it, he made the whole process as simple as possible for us. The finance part was easy, signing all the papers was quick , I would recommend going to the dealer and if possible try to get Jim to help you. More

I have had quite a few Acruas, most I’ve gotten through Acura of Berlin. I have always had a great experience, but my recent leasing experience was above and beyond that. I worked with Jim. The process was quicker than ever (usually I am there the full day when purchasing a vehicle).
