DONT GO TO THIS DEALER! !! I called in wanted to purchase a truck that I already was pre qualified for and had the check ready to purchase. After running me around all day th !! I called in wanted to purchase a truck that I already was pre qualified for and had the check ready to purchase. After running me around all day they ran my credit multiple time after I repeated told them not to do it . They were Aware of my approval but wanted me to finance it through them so they can add all types of dealer fees . I spoke with mike and the sales manager and basically was told to xxxx off or bring in the check to get the truck .. so unless you want extra fees and 15 inquiries on your credit DONT GO HERE ! They aren’t honest and will tell you anything to get you into the dealership to mess up your credit at the expense of them selling you a car even if you have your own financing already . More

Prompt and courteous service, and a great vehicle as well! When I was deciding on where to purchase a good used car to replace the old one, I considered other dealers but kept foremost in mind the 10-plus year When I was deciding on where to purchase a good used car to replace the old one, I considered other dealers but kept foremost in mind the 10-plus years I got out of the used 2007 Ford Fusion I purchased a decade ago at Chapman Ford. I went back to Jim Stevenson, who sold me the Fusion, and was again impressed by his knowledge and experience. He navigated me through the process and we found a nice 2017 Ford Focus with which I am very satisfied. His assistant, Kirstie Maier, was gracious and competent as she guided me through the sale process and found an appropriate warranty to extend my coverage. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
