I went for a tire Rotation and New York State inspection. They sent me a video of the inspection which helped me fix my car. I was able to finish the work and get it inspected again and it passed. I have had with my mazda app, where the message on my phone told me that the doors were unlocked and open. I got my car back 2 days ago and now the doors do not lock upon getting out of the car?????? phone told me that the doors were unlocked and open. Picked a bad day for service as they were short staffed but it took a very long time for my car to be serviced even with an appointment time scheduled.
