Everyone has to buy cars...but why buy from someone you don't know, don't like, wasn't there last week or even worse...won't be there next week? There is a better way! I am a country boy from middle Georgia with 3 passions in life...family, creating raving fans of my laid back, no pressure, no haggle approach to the car buying process and of course deer hunting. I started selling General Motors in June of 1986 with a small, hometown dealer in Georgia. I was there for 24 years before falling in love with deer hunting in the mid-west. So in 2010 I packed up and moved to southern Illinois and came to be a permanent part of the Expressway family. When you meet me, you will know without a doubt that I absolutely love what I do! Great customer service, very helpful! Jim was great in helping me experience the Chevy Volt. I came in knowing all about the vehicle, and he allowed my dad and I to drive around while he r Jim was great in helping me experience the Chevy Volt. I came in knowing all about the vehicle, and he allowed my dad and I to drive around while he researched all of our question. Upon returning he did a great job going through his research and offered some great incentives. I was also allowed to test drive the vehicle for a few days, something I hadn't even dreamed of! It really allowed me to get a great feel for the car, including how I might personalize it and use it in day-to-day situations. Unfortunately the car did not match my needs, but if the dealership had a used model without leather I would have bought it on the spot. It was a very relaxing and friendly experience at Expressway, I hope for a chance to visit them in the future. More

Purchasing new truck Jim Thompson was my sales rep. He found the truck I wanted while I was in his office and made arrangements for it to be delivered to the dealership. Jim was simply amazing to communicate with and went above and beyond to meet my requests. He got the bed liner and mat installed as well as the running boards and they looked great. In addition to all of that he scheduled my truck for a hitch to be installed, and ensured getting the truck there and back for me so I didn't have to miss work!!! I truly recommend everyone to meet with him. He was very pleasant to talk to and made the conversation flow. He knew what questions to ask to get the right product for me. More
