I am a country boy from middle Georgia with 3 passions in life...family, creating raving fans of my laid back, no pressure, no haggle approach to the car buying process and of course deer hunting. I started selling General Motors in June of 1986 with a small, hometown dealer in Georgia. I was there for 24 years before falling in love with deer hunting in the mid-west. Best of the best Started dealing with Jim thompson at expressway several years ago, I have always been leary of big dealerships till I walked in this place! I have bought several cars since as well as taking my parents, grandmother and son here to buy. I have referred countless friends and in just this last week two have bought from jim. When you can get my father to go to a big store like this and walk out happy they must be doing something right. They don't play games, they answer every question promptly and honestly, they show you exactly what you are looking for and never try to up sell you to something you can't afford or want. I could go on and on, bottom line great service, ALWAYS the best prices and with their huge inventory chances are you will leave in a new car with a smile on your face knowing that jI'm gave you the best deal you could have found! Excellent Service Sales team were very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Everyone was patient and understanding of the customers needs. My first experience won't be my last. I can only say good things about my experience with Jim Thompson at Expressway Automart in Mt. Vernon IN. He was very helpful and friendly. I live about an hour and half away with a full time job and my husband's schedule is crazy to say the least. We were able to purchase a vehicle in a short amount of time. Instead of spending alot of time at the dealership I was able to communicate and send information back and forth on my computer/phone. I would definitely go back when I am ready to purchase again. Jim and Dante were great to work with. More

He made my car buying experience great. Even when I went to sign the paperwork, Jim and Dimitri made everything go so smoothly for me. I was very surprised at how quick and non-stressful it was. We never had any pressure from our salesman and he didn't just show us vehicles to put us in something, he really listened to our needs and went above and beyond to find us the right one. Everyone from sales, service and finace was so pleasant to work with. There have been times we needed a loaner vehicle and we always get the best quality vehicles with no hassle.
