I have, multiple times. Your team promised the manager would reach out to me and that did not happen. When I call the team to follow up, it is clear they are unsure what the plan is to resolve my issue and certainly not making it a priority. I finally received a message via text that maybe your team could get me in the week of the 29th, but still no confirmed date or what they plan to do. Given that I have been trying to get this issue resolved with your team since my inspection on March 14th and have been in 3 times, their lack of care and response is unacceptable.
