Spoke with multiple people not a single person knew what was going on. Was told that I would receive a call back, gave them 2 days to return my call before I called in. I did speak to a younger kid that tri was going on. Was told that I would receive a call back, gave them 2 days to return my call before I called in. I did speak to a younger kid that tried very hard to get the answers but he was not able to help as his manager was not working and wouldn’t be back in until Monday. I appreciated his honesty. Called in on Monday afternoon and once again not a single person had any idea what was going on. After hearing a xx story I explained that my vehicle has been in the parking lot for since Wednesday. I did end up getting the work done that I needed but my goodness it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. Suggested that for all the trouble I had went through for the last 2 weeks I should get some type of discount. 20.00 was taken off my bill. 🫣 Thanks the 20 phone calls that I made prolly cost more than the 20.00 you just took off my bill. More
