I came home from vacation on a Friday and went to start my car on Saturday afternoon and it took a few tries to start. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter. I headed straight to Circle Infi my car on Saturday afternoon and it took a few tries to start. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter. I headed straight to Circle Infiniti at 2/2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They tested my battery, found it to be weak and put in a new one. They were all so helpful! No complaints or attitude because I showed up without an appointment or calling. This is my second Infiniti from this dealer and the service department is a big part of my decision! George was the mechanic and I really appreciate that he stayed late to help me!!! More
