I called Newins from Florida and Joanie Depalma help me from the moment we said Hello! After I explained my situation and wants in a car, she contacted me a few times to review what she found. Joanie did all the ‘leg work’ in finding me exactly what I wanted!! She was extremely friendly and helpful on many levels. When I arrived at the shop, Joanie introduced me to Greg Bailey, who in turn took me the rest of the way with paperwork and the workings of my Ford Escape. Between the two of them my entire experience was beyond what I expected from the dealership. Thank you both for making a daunting task easier than I imagined!! More
