The car took more than 2 hours to detail when I purchased it and then came out with tree sap and chalk marks from the service department on the windshield and headlights. The car also had a screw in the tire it and then came out with tree sap and chalk marks from the service department on the windshield and headlights. The car also had a screw in the tire so I had to go back immediately upon arriving home because they clearly didn’t do a proper inspection since they missed the chalk marks as I mentioned. While we also sat waiting to purchase the car the main manager was clipping his fingernails under his desk while the door was open. He was also playing with a lighter showing his coworkers he could put it on his hand. He never spoke to us throughout our entire purchasing process and completely avoided us when he would walk out of his office by our table. The customer service overall was completely disappointing coming from a “luxury” dealership. More

I just finished having the 100K service done on my 2013 X3 MSport. Had the car detailed as well. Anna was fantastic and set me up with a sweet 2020 X5 loaner. Very tempting! Joe Campo handled everything pe X3 MSport. Had the car detailed as well. Anna was fantastic and set me up with a sweet 2020 X5 loaner. Very tempting! Joe Campo handled everything perfectly and delivered exactly as promised right on time. Good job, guys!!! More
