We had a great experience with Jody (Sales Manager), he was eager to sell and went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted. He immediately understand our likes and dislikes and new exactly w was eager to sell and went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted. He immediately understand our likes and dislikes and new exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure or rush on his end which made us feel comfortable and willing to work with him. Our sales guy assisted us in the car purchase as solely a secretary, he didn't do a good job at listening to us or understanding what we needed and he constantly needed Jody's help to answer the most simplest questions. If it weren't for Jody being so patient and understanding with us we wouldn't have purchased the car at Hendricks at all. More

Sales manager is great, salesman needs more drive Overall very good experience. I was a little disappointed in the salesman due to lack of knowledge of the deal, the vehicle and the truck wasn’t clean Overall very good experience. I was a little disappointed in the salesman due to lack of knowledge of the deal, the vehicle and the truck wasn’t cleaned nor did it have enough fuel in it to drive it probably for a test drive. It was never offered. It would have been easier just to deal with Jody, but that isn’t his job and he should be able to trust his team to finish a deal without his involvement. Questions I asked the salesman he wasn’t able to answer, simple questions. Now in the salesman’s defense he was working 2 deals at 1 time, but still not an excuse for lack of knowledge. Learn the vehicle’s you sale, show some effort and preparation. I was in touch with the dealership very early in the day to let them know I was coming, plenty of time to fuel and clean a truck. Again overall I’m happy with my deal and my new truck. More
