Many other dealerships see the current supply chain situation as a target of opportunity to mark-up values. McGovern / John Fitz, simply didn’t go there and was quick to help me find the car I wanted and delivered it in a timely fashion. Additionally, upon closing with the finance team, Joe was great to work with and was patient to help me get the rate I was seeking. I think one of the things I appreciated most, multiple employees at McGovern heard I was a veteran and came over to introduce themselves and thank me for my service and have a conversation. It was much appreciated. High fives all around to this team. More

He made the process quick and stress free, easily navigating the inevitable hurdles that come up anytime, but especially in these times. Fitzy is also down to Earth, highly knowledgeable, funny and straightforward. The most important thing, however, is he goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and treated right.
