Joe Bellomo joined the retail automotive world in 2006 after 38 years with Big Boy Restaurants… including the final 12 as Owner/Operator. This experience gave Joe the foundation of what it takes to deliver consistently great customer service. With two years of Dodge experience on his side, Joe hit the ground running when he joined the Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy team in 2010 when the store opened. Joe and his wife Wendy enjoy traveling and spending time with their family which includes 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

Thank you Mr. Bellomo! I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. I am in no way a materialistic person, but this meant more to me and my family, just to see me happy again. I, certainly, hope you get the recognition you deserve! More

I was referred to Joe by another salesman from the Ford dealership I used for my lease as my wife was really interested in the 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude 4x4. I talked with Joe on the phone briefly earlier in the week and when we came Friday to look at the vehicle, Joe had it running on the side of the building waiting for us. Joe allowed us to take our time on the test drive and had waters waiting for us at his desk when we came back. We went through the paperwork and Joe made sure the numbers were exactly where we wanted them to be (slightly below even) before submitting the paperwork for approval. The rest of the process was just as enjoyable and efficient. We then dealt with John in finance to finalize some paperwork and again, the service provided was top notch. We left the dealership after about 3 hours with a new vehicle that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely see Joe again for our Jeep needs in the future. Note - The 3 hours flew by quickly as they have a very nice lounge area with coffee, water, popcorn, comfortable seating and a television. Although we did not spend much time in this area due to the hands on approach Joe took to make sure we received the best service possible, it still was nice for the brief time we were there and the popcorn hit the spot as an afternoon snack. Lol. More

Car had low windshield washer fl The salesman, Joe Bellomo, who leased my wife her Grand Cherokee, was terrific. The dark moment was the vehicle prep. Car had low windshield washer fluid and worse, the washer fluid pump did not work and a new one had to be ordered from Farmington dealer to be replaced the following day. About 3 hours more time at the dealership and out of my schedule because it was not properly "Prepped". It was also missing the Owner's manual which I had to return and obtain from the salesman. Also: on the first day, diagnostic day, all instruments panel controls had been turned off to check electrics. No work was done that day (because of part having to be ordered), I returned home and went to an event that night that got out at 10:00. I drove about 5 miles before realizing my headlights had been turned from Auto to off (and not turned back to original position). Likewise the heater. This could have been dangerous and cost me a ticket. More
