Had my vehicle towed there and almost 3 weeks later they still have vehicle. Ive been lied to every step of the way. Very satisfied While waiting on my Malibu to go into the shop, I was informed by the tech that the mechanic would not be in for another two hours and then told me While waiting on my Malibu to go into the shop, I was informed by the tech that the mechanic would not be in for another two hours and then told me that he would provide me with a loaner vehicle so I did not have to wait many hours.
