I flew in to buy the car, a Mini Cooper Countryman - the hybrid model - and he arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership. All the paperwork was properly explained, followed by a detailed overview of the vehicle's attributes. He remains available by cell if I have any questions. I honestly cannot think of one improvement to suggest! More

He compared and contrasted the models in detail to provide me the information to make an informed decision on which model would be best for my lifestyle and budget. After the sales portion was completed, he went through every detail of the car’s functionality, including setting radio stations and pairing my iPhone. Joe made the financial aspect easy. He was well prepared and organized. There are a lot of papers to sign, but he remained personable and interactive throughout the process. All staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work.
