Great dealership with a mostly friendly staff. Everyone but one employee was very helpful. when I had to do business with general manager Joe DeAloia my whole experience changed. He had the worst customer but one employee was very helpful. when I had to do business with general manager Joe DeAloia my whole experience changed. He had the worst customer service I have ever seen in life! He was Rude and arrogant the type of person you would absolutely hate to talk to and worse do business with. For someone who has been on the job 20 something Years and is quick to tell you that. You would think the would be better with people. But if thats who they let run things around there, that speaks alot about the company. I Would never go back or recommend this carlot to anyone. Ford yes! Joe DeAloia never again! More

I have been a customer of Fallon Ford for 25+ Years. In that time I have purchased four new vehicles amounting to over $150,000 in purchases (Ford Expedition, Mustang, Ford Excursion and Ford Explorer. He that time I have purchased four new vehicles amounting to over $150,000 in purchases (Ford Expedition, Mustang, Ford Excursion and Ford Explorer. Heretofore I was very happy and that was why I went back. Cory Munoz (Salesman) was a newcomer to me and I was very pleased with him. However, I was extremely disappointed in Joe DeAloia, the Sales Manager. He was rude, arrogant, dismissive and NOT helpful. In my opinion, he was disingenous to the border of dishonesty. If Cory were to leave and go to another Ford Dealership I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. If Joe DeAloia were to quit or be fired I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Fallon Ford Toyota. However, as long as Joe DeAloia is at Fallon Ford, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them and I will NOT recommend them to anyone else. More
