Went into Route 44 to see if I could exchange my lease of my 2011 Toyota Corolla. I was promptly greeted by Bob Ryan and I explained to him the reason why I wanted to trade in my lease. He assured me that h my 2011 Toyota Corolla. I was promptly greeted by Bob Ryan and I explained to him the reason why I wanted to trade in my lease. He assured me that he was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen for me. He then brought in Bob Levesque to assist me. I told Bobby that I wanted to trade in my 2011 Corolla for a 2013 Corolla. We went back and forth, discussing many options and was able to complete a deal with Bob in less than an hour. Both Bob's were extremely professional, personable and I felt totally comfortable doing business with the both of them. Also, Joe Finley in financing was equally professional and personable. As a result, I promise all of them that I would bring my Girlfriend, Jan Mirick, in to see if we could get her into a new Toyota as well. A couple of weeks later, we did go in together and the same trio help put her into a new Toyota Camry. She will write a separate letter expressing her favorable experience with Route 44 Toyota. I am now trying to convince my son to come in with me to buy a new SUV or Tacoma and we will request Bob Levesque to be our salesperson once again. Also, we were in to service Jan's Camry and have it detailed today and I spoke to Bob Ryan about trying to get a lease on a new 2014 Corolla. I did not hear about the new design until after I leased the 2013 Corolla and Bob said he will keep me posted on their arrival date and also to keep me informed on any promotions that may make this possible. I was in and out of there within 3 hours with the new Prius. That is what I would call extraordinary service. Today is Wednesday. (Important to understand why I've rated them the way I did). On Friday I lost my car, no trade in and no down payment I didn't think I'd be able to get a car, by the way, I'm 19. I called Rte 44 Toyota/Scion on Sunday and was transferred to Bobby L. He ran my numbers and even came to get me in the car I wanted, a 09 Honda Civic Coupe! I was thrilled. I met with Joe F and we discussed payments. Only thing left was to be approved, next morning I was but now I needed a down payment. They had accidentally switched another customer and I up. I was furious and called it off. They tried to save it, but Larry intervened to keep everything professional and in the best interest of the company. I appreciated the honesty. I scoured up the down payment, came in and finished the deal. Paul B saw me and a friend waiting and got on the ball. Joel D made the signing understandable and relaxing. I couldn't believe how easy it got. They even got me everything I wanted for a better APR! I drove the car home extremely happy tonight, thanks to Tony R going the extra mile and helping me out (he had heard of the week so far,) I wasn't even his client. Although there were some mistakes that frustrated me, they did work very hard to get me a car as soon as possible for the best deal I could get. The team effort was impressive. I'd recommend this dealership for anyone, the hard work is outstanding. When it's time to trade in, I'm going back to Route 44. More
