My experience with EchoPark San Antonio has been one problem after another. I was told everything was ready for my purchase, so I arranged to have the vehicle picked up and transported over five hour problem after another. Once arrived, I was suddenly told additional verification and documentation were needed, leaving the person waiting at the dealership for another 3–4 hours. If the deal was not actually ready, that should have been communicated before the trip was made. To make matters worse, when the vehicle was delivered to me, I discovered it was practically on E. Since I had the car transported, I had no way of knowing the gas tank was almost empty until it arrived. The dealership apologized and told me they would send me a gas gift card for the inconvenience. That never happened. It was just another promise that was not kept. The biggest issue, however, has been the registration process. I am new to Texas and relied on the dealership to provide me with the proper documentation. I was given what I believed was a complete packet of paperwork. After being pulled over, I handed the officer my entire packet only to find out that I did not even have the proper temporary registration documentation. I have since learned there are issues with my title transfer and registration, and I am still trying to get answers. Being pulled over because a dealership failed to provide proper documentation is unacceptable and extremely stressful. Between being told the deal was “ready” when it wasn’t, waiting hours for verification, receiving a vehicle with almost no gas, being promised a gas card that was never sent, and now dealing with registration issues, this has been one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences I have ever had. I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing from this dealership—especially out-of-town buyers—to carefully review every document before leaving and not rely on verbal promises. Unfortunately, my experience has been filled with poor communication, broken promises, and unnecessary headaches after the sale. On top of everything they’re unresponsive and you I can’t get anyone on the phone to resolve my urgent issue; now I’m contacting the bank corporate resolution so hopefully they stop using them and can assist to resolve. I just want to let everyone that is going here to purchase a used car just be very careful because even though the car is not on Carfax somehow I got a vehicle that has damaged the 2023 Chevrolet Bla purchase a used car just be very careful because even though the car is not on Carfax somehow I got a vehicle that has damaged the 2023 Chevrolet Blazer someone had done some poor work supposedly someone did they're telling me it wasn't them they try fixing it but still not up to standards and what's bad about it that you're already signed papers and everything so just be aware make sure you look at the car up and down because they have to send it out to New Braunfels to do any kind of work on it and try to get a hold of customer service they're owned by Sonic automotive and it's very hard to get ahold of everyone it all goes through a third party this is ridiculous but real quick to take your down payment and do a trade in but when you try contacting them it's a very hard to get in contact with anyone there at the office location on 1604 and I-10 I regret buying a car there don't do the same it was funny that they add a $599 paint stain upholstery which is a scam automatic add it you cannot take it off it should be your choice if you want that or not for a warranty protection paint and interior it's ridiculous that they can't take it off and the other thing they charged almost $4,000 for a warranty and when I purchase my vehicle it doesn't even have a front license plate I had to purchase it on the side from the dealer wants to charge me $100 to install my license plate bracket that's ridiculous they know here in Texas you have to have a front license plate why should that be my fault why should i pay out of pocket I think and paid enough for everything I will be calling customer service this morning hacker I would see that it was a small dealer but eco park san antonio tx see if they try to make this right be aware anyone looking to buy a car More

This is my 2nd purchased at ECHOPARK, San Antonio. I always get Great Service and good prices. Davonte with sales, was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
